Here's my idea on which voice actor should fit with each character:

main cast:
Arpegius- Michael Reisz (Digimon, Metropolis)
Octave- Phil Llamar (Samurai Jack, Static Shock)
Barrel- Robbie Rist (Brady Bunch, Naruto)
Stella- Kate Higgins (Zatch Bell, Naruto)
Shep- Steven Blum (Digimon, Cowboy Bebop)
Earl de Earkwood - Richard Epcar (Digimon)

minor role:
Music Producer- Yuri Lowenthal (Rave Master, Naruto)

I don't think you realize this, but this was a movie that goes along with Daft Punk's Discover album...it's not supposed to be any other way
