Thomas Bangalter (Half of Daft Punk) did the score for Irreversible (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0290673/). I haven't actually seen it though.

There's an old sci-fi manga film called Space Adventure Cobra (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0163494/), which I thought had a similar feel to Interstella. The version I saw had a Soundtrack by Yello, which sounded a 'little' Daft Punky.

Armitage III (film version) has some impressive, non-sampled electronic hooks. It was composed by Hiroyuki Namba.

Quentin Dupieux (Mr. Oizo) made a film called "Steak" in 2007, the soundtrack to which was composed by Oizo, SebastiAn (who is AWESOME) and Sebastien Tellier. I have heard that the film itself isn't very good, but the soundtrack is.
