I mean don't get me wrong Dan had a death wish ever since he killed Keith, but Deb was one of the other half that set things in motion too. She slept with Keith, tried to kill Dan and didn't confess to Dan (who was under the asumption it was always Keith until the end of Season 3) and was always so self righteous. I get that she tried to become a better person but she never came clean to Nathan about trying to kill Dan.

shareI think she's almost as much to blame for Keith's death as Dan is, she tried to kill him, which he thought was Keith which set him in the mindset to kill Keith first. Deb did come clean to Nathan though, in S3. A lot of people didn't see Dan murdering Keith from his perspective until the very end, but you can't blame them for not listening, Dan was terrible to everyone in the first 3 seasons.
shareDeb may be just as guilty for murder bc of her attempt to kill dan, but she is not at all guilty for Keith's death. Dan just needed someone else to blame and he told Deb she "loaded the gun". She would never harm Keith, so to say she is equally to blame for his death is nonsense.

Dan would not have killed Keith in that hallway had he not thought Keith tried to kill him, and that is because of Deb. I'm not saying Deb would've harmed Keith, but her protection was the biggest factor in Keith's murder by far.

She was the one who Dan should killed, because of her Dan will always be remembered as a murderer.
shareI don't think Dan thinking that Keith tried to kill him was really the only reason Dan murdered keith. He was always jealous of keith magnified even more so by keith about to marry Karen. So in my opinion even if Deb had not tried to kill him Dan would have found another reason to kill Keith.

Yeah that's a point, if she didn't try he would've found another reason to kill Keith. He was incapable of having close relationships with anybody not even family and expressed no happiness.
