Question (possible spoiler!)
What happened to the Albanian guy? Did he go into hiding himself or was he "taken"? Is that what he meant when he said "Maybe they know you're here." Thanks!
I don't think it was obvious what happened, but my guess is either he was killed by the Manchurian people, or he decided to vanish because he guessed they knew Marco had been there.
