Which Harrison Ford performance was better: Indy 4 or Star Wars: The Force Awakens?

I thought he was great in both. Everyone says he was too gruff in this but that's exactly how I imagine an older Indy would be. Harrison's delivery was pitch perfect in both.

Of course TFA. He was in embarrssing in "Skull". Toatally out of character. But that was the fault of Spielberg and Koepp.

I wouldn't say he is out of character in Skull, he seems to be the only one still in character. The script just doesn't give him anything to do in the 2nd half.
