Loved the film, but this was the only part that bothered me. I think Brody was perfectly cast, but when acting alongside Knightely the whole thing just sort of fell flat and everything between them seemed really false.
My choice for the role of Jackie would have been perhaps Maggie Gyllenhaal, or even Julia Stiles.
Did anyone else feel the same or did you think they were a good match?

They were a good match, and if Maggie Gyllenhaal would have been cast in that part I wouldn't have bothered.
shareKnightley is a wonderful actress, but so far I haven't see her have any chemistry with anyone, except perhaps with that girl from 'Never Let Me Go' (not in a sexual sense, but in the sense that you could buy their connection). That she keeps being cast in romantic movies is rather unfortunate, since she does have an icy, distant air about her.
