REALISTIC

I just finished watching the movie 1 hour ago and holy sh*t was it frightening. I am in high school and i noticed how well this movie was written. These kids talk and act like real highschool students unlike the stereo typical teenagers you see in many highschool movies that schow highschool life as one big party. Part of this movie was also disturbing for me to watch because the blonde haired kid really reminded me of one of my friends by the way he acted. Especially in the limo scene by the way he talked and the way others talked holy sh*t it seemed so real!!!!!!!! Honestly i only found the sight because i thought this movie was for real and was wondering where it had occured. On this forum i read that this movie is in fact Canadian and I'm proud that our producers are able to make a far better film about these events than that hypocrite Michael Moores ever could. I defenitly don't recomend owning this movie because watching it twice destroys the feeling but the first time is quite the shocker and is interesting to watch. Im still not sure if this is based on real events at Iroquis high school or if its totally fictional please get back to me on that one.

This was, obviously, inspired by real events (at Columbine), but there is no such school as Iroquis High School, so this is fictional. Hope I helped you out.

and it was also completely filmed in the states, even though I /think/ that the story of it says it all takes place in canada. :)

the thing about the high school students talking and everything brough back memories of high school. especially when they say "rocked the ass", reminds me of the stupid stuff people used to say in high school.

I agree, Cal looks a lot like one of my friends, that may be one of the reasons I felt it was so easy for me to relate to and understand him.
