Why is UK version cut by 3 mins??
The film isn't even that violent!!

Not a concern of violence, but a concern of imitation. The BBFC has their reason listed for the compulsory cuts:
"A cut was required to remove a detailed description of building explosive devices and avoiding capture."
Last movie- 16 Blocks (*** out of four)
The BBFC obviously dont trust us Brits with knowing how to make explosives ;) lol.
