I Will Never Be Able To Watch This Film A Second Time

Going into it, I was very reserved about liking it. I had seen Elephant, and since this is about a similar subject, I figured I should see it. People who compare this to Elephant must have not seen both films. They were both completley different. However this was just too realistic for me. I have no issue connecting to a charachter that I knew had very bad qualities, and I grew so attatched to both Andre and Cal's chaachters. The acting was just so realisticly intense, it literally felt like a documentary. It was just too powerful for me to handle, and I don't think I could ever watch it again. This is the first film that has ever made me feel this way. Well done to the filmmakers!

while i've seen it several times, it does seem disturbing when you really think about it and compare it to the real columbine massacre, and has NOTHING to do with elephant, which i think is a great movie as well for different reasons (they are very different, elephant has a sort of surreal and artistic element to it, while this is a mockumentary)

Mockumentary?? It didn't seem like a *beep* joke to me. I agree with all your other points though.

Mockumentary doesn't necessarily mean it's a joke. He means its a mock documentary - Documenting a fictional event as if it were real.
