He had a lot of anger, and a lot of feelings he could no longer hold to only him and his friend Andre. He knew that the only way to do this, was to do it very subliminally. And so, he read this poem. As you'll notice afterwards, he was acting a lot more joyous. Nothing Andre said could upset him, because he felt much better, even if none of the people there at the place understood what he was saying.

What he said, about being a bullet, isn't the similar to something one of the Columbine shooters wrote for an English class?

It is similar and also it goes with the theory that many of these shooters give people strong hints at their intentions before they act on them. Much like Klebold and Harris making the "Hitmen for Hire" class project

I think he was being weird because he was experiencing a mental breakdown due to the stress of what they were going to do. The fact that he read the poem in public seems like he might've been unconsciously reaching out for help, hoping someone busts their plan so they don't have to go through it. And then he had Andrei close his eyes while driving, intentionally being self destructive.

I agree. That's my theory as well, except I don't think it was so "subconscious" for him. I think he was having second thoughts at the time and was secretly sort of hoping that this little stunt for attention would cause people to discover their plan and stop it just like Andre said he had created the risk of happening, Andre was just clueless about it because in many ways he and Cal were on two different pages. That may also be why Cal had Andre drive with his eyes closed, he was tying to get them pulled over. It may also be the idea behind leaving a note for Chris.

because he was freaking loony toons, lol, they were planning
on a mass murder for Christs sake.

some of these posts on these board, I just don't know, its like
you guys just watched a comedy or something. asking things like
"why did they do it, they did not seem to have a motives"
