Is that scene when Jack Black gets beat up supposed to be like a Clockwork Orange?

Yeah, it was supposed to, it was a direct spoof of Clockwork Orange. Pretty obvious, no?

I love when one guy says "He does look like a *beep* baby" and other guy hits him so he corrects himself: "Wee baby"

I think it was also in part due to his not using an English accent when he spoke the line.

Yeah it says in the commentary it was a direct referance to it.

Yes, obviously. They even had that disconcerting sour note when they appeared on screen.
