fun fact - paintings from devo...

I noticed in the credits that the paintings by the successful "a**hole" who insults everyone in the lecture were by Mark Mothersbaugh - one of the geniuses of Devo. I thought those paintings looked pretty good and appropriate for what the "art world" likes these days.

i thought a lot of the satire of the contemporary art world and art school was dead on, but i guess the average person won't get it if they think being able to draw a good likeness = good art (in reality just about every art student can draw as well as Jerome). My favorite joke was when John Malcovich gave an assignment and then complained he was bored when the students did what he asked them to - THAT EXACT IDIOTIC THING IS WHY I DROPPED OUT!
