What was the point of that angry lesbian chick?

What was the point of her? She did nothing.

No idea why that part was written.

I agree. I smiled when she walked in for that exact reason. She didn't really act like Shane though

Duh! They needed to attract people to this movie. I simpily got this movie because I knew Katherine Moenning,(SHANE!!!!), was in it. Im a huge fan of The L Word, and had she not been in it, I probably wouldnt have know about this AMAZING movie.

She was there because she was in the original comic of Art School Confidential, along with 'Mom' and a few other archetypes.

Probably cause class can't consist of murder suspect, undercover cop and a teacher, they had to add in few more characters. And I thought she was great addition.

Both of them were in because Angry Lesbians are a staple of art schools and art scenes. Christ the school Moore College in PA is an all girls art school, and I would say 60% of the population are angry feminist lesbians.
