The naive love story

This is a movie that really reflects how I feel about a lot of things. Yet, the flaws of this movie as someone already pointed out on here was the ridiculous murder mystery, but also the absurd love story. I mean, it's just so naive. As if that girl, who's slept around with everyone and poses naked for art students is any less crazy than a beatnik chick. Also, even if you don't think she's crazy, what her former girlfriend is saying is spot on, she falls in love with just about anyone and do you honestly think a former promiscuous chick and a virgin are going to make it in a long term relationship? I mean, he they don't even love each other for who they are. He loves her because he's obsessed with that image of her and she's in love with him because of the way his art makes her feel about herself.

He would have been better off with a beatnik chick (maybe not as crazy as the bipolar one though).
