Bishop - I'm as stunned as everyone else, but there is something sexy about her.
Then it's a toss up between Ziva and Abby because neither of them are sexy to me.
I'd put Jenny Shepherd as a tie with Bishop and frankly, Paula Cassidy is a tie with Kate for me.
Oh, and Delilah is also a tie with Bishop.
I'd want to see them without makeup before making a commentary on sexiness or attractiveness.

as it stands right now, given your list I'd have to go Sasha; Emily; Jennifer; Cote; and Pauley. (Pauley on Instagram and Twitter can sometimes look rougher than 3 miles of Texas canyon country. but she does not care, is confident enough in herself and that is fine) Emily is on twitter and instagram and posts some nice au naturel look that is quite enticing. Cote sans makeup is borderline 'eh' you would not look twice at her in a bar until closing time.
Sasha is just warmth and sensuality all over.

I would have Margo at the top of my list, but they just don't use the character enough. Since her character was introduced in 2013, she's only been on the show 10 times, including this past episode where they got engaged, and she was used minimally in this one. The same could be said of Scottie, but even before last season she appeared 16 times in a meaningful role. (the past season brought her total appearances in the show to 18. Margo won't reach that number for another four years at her currant pace)
By far, I think Margo is the most attractive among the group, but, that's just one person's opinion.
