I'm sure someone was dumb enough to buy one. Hoping it'll be a valuable and rare collectable someday.
Personally, I don't like the exterior design elements junior added to the car. Looks like something a high school kid did with some scrap metal, and a pair of tin snips. Then went nuts playing with daddy's pop rivet gun. Looks very amateur to me.
I honestly expected much better from junior. With all the thought and craftmanship he's put into some of his bikes, the PJD Camaro looks like he didn't care much and just made a half-a**ed effort.
Too bad. The performance upgrades the other company did, I liked.
If I remember correctly, PJD only made the original one that junior still owns. The others that were available to the public were to be done by another company, but made exactly like the original that junior made.
I normally like most of Paulie's ideas, but that was pretty much the laziest build EVER. Ooo, rivets and a supercharger. I'm not big on an as-is modern Camaro in the first place, but I do think it has HUGE potential, which they didn't take advantage of whatsoever.
This seemed like a big rush job and I'm not sure why they would do that...
They did a rush job to keep their "impossible deadline" drama that they did with every build. Every bike build had a phoney deadline. The PJD Camaro had to have one too.
Having impossible deadlines just leads to cutting corners and half-a$$ed quality.
