Cole/Bateman
Wether you like the movie or not, Gary Cole and Jason Bateman just BRING IT.

Bateman had me in tears. The whole overly enthusiastic thing about a sport most people wouldn't give a sh!t about was really well done. I'm not judging anyone who likes an obscure sport, it just seems so funny when you meet that guy who is so pumped about something soooo not popular with the general public.
The hair, demeanor, and even the way he says "Cotton", lol. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kHltCzuwlOs
Coupling that with the whole ESPN 8 thing was brilliant.

Cole and Batemen were the best ever pair of fictitious sports commentators.
shareDitto and I loved the General Committee of Three sitting up the back among the crowd adjudicating on the forfeiting rule. Chuck Norris - thumbs up - outstanding!
Your "gym" is a skidmark on the underpants of society.
Bateman was hilarious! One of my favorite roles of his.
F'in A Cotton F'in A!
Ouchtown, population you, bro!
shareAgreed, those guys were hilarious.
shareCouldn't agree more! I think they deserve some of the credit as to why I enjoy this movie so much. It's also fun seeing Bateman not play the straight guy in a comedy for a change.
shareLadies and gentlemen, prepare to witness the greatest happening in sport: sudden-death dodgeball.
They were a great spoof of all the commentators you see at events like lumberjack competition or darts. These guys are true pros to go out there and pump up what ever sport they are covering that week.
"Peter La Fleur has actually blindfolded himself"
"He will not be able to see very well, Cotton."
