What was the name of the blonde Slavic guy who put together the Star Trek convention? I think his name started with an "R". The boy's got it going on!

When I originally saw this film I watched it pretty much as a curiosity factor, so see exactly how far the fans would push their love of Star Trek. But then they got to Relja and I was like, "Whoa! Who in the heck is THAT?!?" The man is gorgeous.
