I don't know. It looks like it won't be very unique anymore. No more quirky Jays and Noted Nigel (not that we had 2 of them the last few seasons). No more goofy Andre Leon Talley critiques. I may even miss Kelly and her sarcasm.

I just fear it will be like every other competition show now. Taking itself too seriously. I am sure they know their stuff but if it's anything like Make Me a Supermodel it may not be too exciting.

Did you dislike the early cycles format also?

No, I like the earlier cycles. Cycles 1, 3, and 6 are my favorites. I think that once Tyra started letting this show go to her head is when it started to not be fun. One thing that I have never liked about this show is that(and this is even from the beginning) some people are picked just because of their story not their potential.

I will miss the light hardheartedness and funny stuff but not Tyra's nicknames for everything. I will like that the judging may be more fair or at least normal. I do think it will be very similar to the Face and Project Runway. I just hope it is interesting.

I was just watching cycle 2 and Tyra was soooo normal. I actually found it kind of boring. The music was irratating as well. Felt like a was watching a noir film. Oddly back then the girls seemed so mature. I would love a middle ground.

I'm cool with it. I'm just glad the show is back. I still hope for the co-edness for a better atmosphere and (prearranged) drama.
