Sara Racey-Tabrizi from Cycle 2. I thought she had a unique look and could actually model. I remember the judges eliminating her for being too "sexy," which was a stupid reason in my opinion. I looked her up to see if she has been successful post-ANTM and she apparently landed a modeling contract. I'm glad to see that she's been able to build a career.
shareI know she had did some Maxim like work a long time ago. IDK about now though. Most of the girls from that cycle ended up doing modeling or something dealing with fashion afterwards except for Bethany, the busty blonde girl.

Bethany actually did a lot of test shots, and I believe appears in Playgirl (fully clothed but watching a naked man masturbate). Heather, on the other hand, definitely did not persue any modelling after Cycle 2.
shareSara and April were actually my two picks for being in the final 2, with Shandi as the alternate. Yoanna had a striking face, but not the right build for modeling outside of being tall. Mercedes was super cute, but not high fashion IMO. Sara's and April's eliminations were both shocking to me.
