Do you like the new changes? What's your take on the models and the judges?
shareI loved it! It needed new life. I like the all girk format. This is a really strong group of girls. And they all seem like they WANT it.
shareReally loved this revamp! My favorite is Courtney. But I also really love Marissa & Tatiana. I love CoryAnne's look but hate her hair.
I am also interested in seeing more of the twins, Krislian & India.
Although I am a bit disappointed in how India looks in motion. She looks a bit older and she's really short for how broad her shoulders are. Hard to believe she's signed with all those agencies around the world.
I really liked it! I'm especially glad Tyra is no longer front and center.
I gave up on the show in the middle of Cycle 12 (although watched the All-Star Cycle). I love the new panel, and IMO all of the 28 girls in the first episode look like working models.
While it was good to see tyra again but i love rita ora as the new host and the panel is lovable and serious but not too over the top and gimmicky.

I'm sort of in two minds about it. I think some of the changes could be positive, and I think going back to all girls was a good idea, not to say they can't include men again in the future.
But in some ways I'm not sure it was so different. What with the auditions and back stories, and I also thought the semi finalists being rejected at the door of the nightclub was classic cruel ANTM!
But at the same time, I really feel Tyra IS ANTM! I appreciate other NTM franchises have survived with a change of host, but to me Tyra has been the only consistent throughout ANTM's legacy.
I actually found it a bit sad when she was at the beginning of the premiere and said she wouldn't be around.
I almost feel like it show be a different show with a similar concept now. But then again I felt this way when they started having male contestants.
I welcome a fresh start, but I felt like the comments from the judges were very generic. i.e. "i love it" "you look great" etc. Hopefully, the next panel will be more constructive.

So far I am NOT liking Rita Ora as the host. I have nothing against her but she just doesn't fit right imo.
I miss the old cycles, like 1-7. It was like the contestants had more personality and seemed more real. I actually really cared for them whether it was love or hate lol. In the last few cycles especially, it was like most of the people I didn't even give a crap about. Sometimes it seemed more about who I didn't want to win rather than having a specific constant I rooted for since the beginning.
I guess we'll find out how this one goes.

What did everyone think about the 2nd episode?
To me it felt more like ANTM with certain traits and narratives.
I get the impression it's like Cycle 15 where ANTM was trying to be high fashion.
I think what confuses me is whether it's trying to be a whole new revamped show or if it's still ANTM, if that makes sense.
I think what I did like was seeing the old ANTM style with the deliberation at judging and no more scoring.
I must say I never liked the scoring or fan voting aspect.
I thought Stacy McKenzie was very good with the girls. This episode did reinforce to me what I earlier thought about Rita being an odd choice for a host to me. I'm not even sure if she has runway experience.
I do really miss Tyra. I was thinking even if she had less to do with the show and was just seen at panel.
In terms of the contestants, it doesn't seem as diverse as past ANTM in my opinion, but I get the impression they're trying to be of a higher modelling quality than before.
I think Kyle seems classic ANTM and could've been on an earlier cycle.
After what one of the judges said about Krislian at deliberation and never wanting to work with her again I was surprised she wasn't at least in the bottom two.
