I think her photos have been hit and miss, and mostly misses. Her look is good, but I don't think she's one of the strongest models so far. And her personality is sort of meh.
She deserves her place in the top 7 for Sure, maybe even top 5, but I don't consider her spectacular.
Plus, I think her makeover helps her.
I'm kind of tired of India, to be honest. Over on rtvgames she is by far the most praised girl of the group. I think she looks more like an actress, not a high fashion girl. I do think she could get commercial work though. This cycle seems more commercial so I wouldn't be surprised if she wins over a more versatile model like Tatiana or Cody.

I agree with the person who said that India is probably overpraised online (My guess would also be that she is being shown as a genuine down to earth girl next door type with a positive attitude and that is her appeal). I feel like her critiques by the judges have been deserved so far and dont feel like shes being hyped up or over praised at all. Her last shot on the airplane was amazing and even with all the positive reactions, she still did not get photo of the week. Just because shes having a couple good weeks doesnt mean she is over-rated....shes been bringing it @ the shoots.

That's why Tatiana is underrated. People judge her photos based off her personality. Because she's not shown in the limelight, when in actuality, she has one of the best portfolios.
I don't find India endearing. I find her kind of bland. All I see is a good face.
And, no, I don't feel like her critiques have been deserved. Paige deserved FCO.for both videos that India got it.
And it's my opinion she is overrated, so yes, if those are the reasons I give...then she is overrated to me. That's how that works. You don't get to tell me I can't find someone overrated.

I haven't read around the internet for other opinions do I don't know who's underrated or overrated but Tatianna isn't a high fashion model to me. She's as commercial as they come. Everything about her is so forgettable. I came across her twitter account yesterday and her avi there is probably the most model-esque picture I've seen from her. She's a very cute girl but she doesn't stand out in any way shape or form. Her portfolio is nothing to write home about to me. I was actually going to make a thread about this. I don't get the hype.
India was one of my faves in the beginning but she didn't start off well at all. With that face and that hair she should have been a top contender throughout the competition but she just wasn't. She's come on strongly in recent weeks and I couldn't be happier.
As it stands my pick to win the whole thing right now is Cody. That's a total package.

There is no hype around Tatiana, so your thread would be illogical. I don't get people who say they don't get the hype for someone, when that person literally gets no hype.
And high fashion is not the only form of modeling, just an FYI.

I think the reason the judges love Tati so much is bc she's a boss or whatever the hell they're trying to make this season. She gets social media, has a lot of followers already, and (I think?) runs her own business. She's not high fashion but that's unfortunately not what they're looking for anymore.

A top model doesn't necessarily have to be high fashion.
Because that's what has attracted me to the show for the most part. I don't really tune in to see boring girls modelling work out gear and sneakers. I like seeing the crazy over the top photo shoots and the high fashion runways.

Cody has a great body, and photographs well, but she's also 27. And harsh in person.
India is photogenic, but short and not proportionate for a model.
Courtney is 25, and short.
Coryanne is young and tall, but her look is specific.
Paige is strictly commercial.
Tatiana is boring, but marketable.
It's quite possible girls like Paige and Tatiana will be the most successful of the cycle.
High fashion is fun, but it doesn't pay the bills.

Binta isn't strong in pictures, but I like her look. Courtney is good in pics, but she complains too much. I still see both doing well in the industry though. India or Cody are my picks to win. I wasn't impressed, with India, when I first saw her, but she's very photogenic. One thing that bothers me though is when they have the dance challenges she always wins and it should be Paige(IMO), not India.

I actually think Tatiana is going to have the best post show career. She has a very marketable look, that could go editorial or commercial. Plus, she looks young for her age, and she has the height and body.
It helps that India seems like a genuinely nice person who doesn't do drama (same can be said of Paige). She has a nice look that's very now, but she's not the best model - that would probably be Tatiana or Courtney IMO.
I can't stand the loudmouth drama-queens, like the twins, Marissa, Binta, and Cherish.

I don't think she's over-praised on the show, maybe online? Which is weird because I don't think hardly anyone was a fan of her before her make-over, even the judges.
Tatiana and India are on the same level for me, but India is just more memorable, which is kind of important in modeling but it doesn't mean Tatiana won't have a killer career after this because she's already got her own business and brand going.
It will be better anyway if she doesn't win because rarely do the winners end up doing all that well, seems like 3rd place is the best spot.
Since before the first episode aired and I saw the comp card photos I've been a India fan. Her look is very relevant right now. She seems super down to earth and she has a unique face, so I'm happy she's getting the praise she is. She seems to really want this and unlike some of the other girls, she accepts criticism and really tries to apply it. That being said I'm not a fan of her makeover. I'm not sure what they were thinking. I wouldn't mind if it was a light pastel coral or lavender, but that bright pink and purple she's been rocking the last couple of weeks is not that great and takes away from her stunning face. I loved her avant-garde and plane shot and from what I've seen of her pre-show work, this girl is going to do well, regardless of whether she wins or not.
It's funny because I find Tatianna over-rated for the same reasons you find India over-rated. I like her personality, but she's the one that looks like an actress to me. I just don't see model and her photos have been so uninspiring. I didn't even like the plane shot that much. It looked more like an album cover. To be totally honest, there really isn't any stand out girls to me. Like everyone's been inconsistent. There's no real front-runner, so I guess we will see.
