Help save the boards!!
I'm honestly okay with them getting rid of it. People have been arguing and being negative way too much.
shareI will miss the individual pages for each show, movie and actor. There is no other site that has everything. As boring as the interface is here I think it works. I only use social media to keep in contact with friends and family who I wouldn't call on the phone. I hate it for message boarding.
I will miss coming on this board and a few others but hopefully after a few days I will forget it ever existed.
However, someone else mentioned us all (who like it) getting together to create a new message board. I would be in for it.
I don't think the site/app itself is going away. I think it's just the message boards. It will still have movie and actor information.
shareI actually meant individual Message Boards for each Actor, Movie and TV show. There are not many sites that have that. I do know the main pages of each with the Actor Info is not leaving. Thanks though :)
shareah ok. i see what you mean. I didn't think about that. I visit those sometimes as well. I agree; that does stink.
shareThere is a site created in 2010 called TMDb (The Movie Data Base) jsut like IMDb only with a newer interface. It's not as plain which is cool but takes some getting used to. Someone else Created (a few days ago) IM which doesn't have movies and actors but it has all the other IMDb boards. Including Soapbox, Politics, I Need TO Know etc.
