I'm not including contestants who quit or the all star cycle. I'm basing this list on look and model potential, not on personality.

My absolute favorites would have to be;

Ivy ( I voted her week one photo 4th. Idk how the hell she got Eliminated for that.)
Delanie ( forgettable, but beautiful. And her photo was great)
Justine ( I don't think her crowd surfing was bad, like at all. The legs are odd, but the face sells it. She definitely should have stayed. )

Part of me wants to say Isabella, from Cycle 12. I remember when promo shots came out, she was one everyone predictdd would be in the final 2 with Teyona. She had all the potential. But her photo was terrible.

Kathleen was my fave who went first. Also liked Jasmia, Atalya, Justine, and Gabrielle.

Justine is poised to become the most successful first elimine, having been signed to Ford Models.

I agree about Anamaria from cycle 15. She looked extremely high fashion and she should have stayed in the competition. There were girls skinnier than her and they continued in their cycles. Plus Anamaria’s picture was stunning. She was robbed for sure!!
