Traudl Junge was 20 y/o at the time she started working with him. She very well might have been quite niave about that at the time. We can argue till the sun burns out, but we will never know for sure. I think she may have been kept in the dark about the real conditions of the camp. As I mentioned earlier in this thread, "As a matter of point, many of the families of the officer's in charge of the extermination camps weren't aware of what went on inside the camps. The officers were threatened with death if they did."
It was no secret that Hitler was a racist, even at the time. The extent of the Final Solution was kept from most of the German public. She may have taken the job because it was a prestigious and likely high paying job. Most people would take a high paying pretigious job over a lower paying one with fewer benefits and working conditions.
