It is seem that Downfall(2004) has been dubbed into German, Russain, Hungarian. Im looking for the English version of it. is it possible to get it? pls let me know.

Some people have brain (such as dyslexia) or eyesight conditions that make reading subtitles difficult to impossible. There are also people who understand spoken English fairly well but lack the ability to read it, or at least lack the ability to read it quickly enough to enjoy a subtitled film. I agree subtitles would be the best way to enjoy this film if one did not understand German, but for some people that is just not a viable option.
If you want to see it in English try Hitler: the last 10 days (1973) starring Alec Guinness as Hitler.
Virtually the same film told with a German officer as protagonist instead of the secretary.
Worth seeing but I prefer it in German myself.

shareI'm not against dubbed movies at all, but Downfall is one of those movies you'll definitely want/need to see in its original language. Bruno Ganz' voice interpretation of Hitler is just too good. Even German newspapers had whole articles writing about his voice acting, and there's a common understanding that it's like watching Hitler himself - it's that real. You don't wanna miss that out.
