Cameron Diaz looks terrible in this movie....If she was ever beautiful, she has lost it....

She never really was that pretty at all. She was just a miracle of gallons of makeup and retouched photos. Still, she is not aging well.
Even worse than her looks in this movie was her totally unbelievable southern accent.
I have a new philosophy. I'm only going to dread one day at a time.

but I think all that time spent in the california sun took a toll on her looks.
that and bad genes.
She could do with sorting that foot out for a start.
shareJumping into the film on a cable channel, at first I actually thought it was Glenn Close - who is beautiful but who can show the same sluightly haggard look; their voices are similar too. Compare this one with Damages!

I thought she looks very hot in this of course she may not look as good as say 10 yrs ago, she still has the hot looks.
sharewell she does look noticeably older but that's about it.
shareIt's sad that society has brainwashed us to think that Cameron Diaz in The Box is an ugly woman. She actually looks *real* in it, as opposed to the many images we're bombarded with every day of perfectly smooth, wrinkle-free, airbrushed women. Sure, she might not look as good as she used to, but she's just gotten older. To disrespect her for that is pretty *beep* up.

shareI don't think it has anything to do with aging. There are several women in Hollywood that are deemed "beautiful" when they really aren't...take a good look at Scarlett, Julia, Cameron...none of them are very pretty and yet all we hear is how gorgeous they are.
shareScarlett is incredibly overrated. She has a nice body, and that's it. Her face is nothing special to look at. Her acting is wooden and stilted. I don't know why but I have never been able to stand anything about her.
