I just gave it a 7 because it's not real but it's WAY entertaining. garysaygary, you are way too invested in this. I think you actually like the show but are too insecure to admit it. You probably sleep with the lights on after every episode. Am I right? All those other people you thanked for giving the show a one didn't feel the need to hang around the board and bad-mouth the show and tick off it's fan base, did it? If you hate it, why invest so much time in the bashing of it? Once again, I don't believe it's real. But I don't want to ruin anyone else's good time either.

I have seen the show and have a good laugh. Unfortunately I have to spend 5hrs or more,4 days a week hooked up to a machine,so I have alot of time to fill.Don't forget many of the boards here have people bagging movies yet to be released!!!!!!!!

Erm, shallow victory means an empty meaningless victory ie not a victory at all.

In this case, you can get all your haters to post low marks for this show. Thereby sending the mark for the show down, giving the impression that the show is less popular than it is. Thus, if everybody voted who watched the show the true figure may be 7, if only ney sayers vote this will send it down to 6 or below.

However, the show is still popular with the viewers, hence shallow victory. You have your little number low, but the show is still popular.

There I think that's clear.

The earlier series (up to S4) I would have inclined to have given the show a 7 or maybe even an 8. But now, from the odd show that I can be bothered with its not worth more than a 4 - and that's a relatively good show!
