What was that!?! Can you hear me!?! Can you make some noise!

Now I haven't seen every show - but i have had the misfortune to see a few episodes lately.

Every episode - The annoying Producer and host Yvette Fielding "What was that!?"

"Oh no - I'm scared now!"

Why is she scared she has done this for 8+ series!

why have they never found any proof?

Probably because you have all these annoying northerners whining in the dark making way too much noise and flapping around asking what that noise was to merit any real investigation! What a bunch of useless individuals!

please don't make another series

i totally agree. Its just a shame and a huge disapointment to people who want to believe but never get to due to all this fakery. I allways wondered where are all the real ghosts when most haunted film their fake shows in real locations which are supposed to be genuine places.

No doubt at least some of the things on the show are for real. I mean, if you believe in ghosts just use some logic, going into a paranormal hotspot for 24 hours you're most likely going to get some kind of activity, even if it is small.

Who knows, maybe ghosts can only show up on photographs and not live recording devices?

I totally agree -- I happen to watch the show and kind of like it because I don't take some people seriously (Yvette, Leslie the historian -- dreadful woman!, and wimpy whiny Kath). Everyone else has their heads on straight and are pretty believable.

I do believe that they have found some proof -- take a look at the beer brewery (an earlier episode with the original cast) and more recently, the Conference house (Staten Island) They have some good/shocking footage there.

I personally think they need to remain silent and put up a hand when they hear a noise and mime to the others where you want them and what you want them to do.

You're laborers, you're supposed to be laboring! That's what you get for not having an education!!

I don't find Derek Acorah all that believable. He hams it up entirely too much

Do not cast your P.E.A.R.L.s before swine

I am talking currently, Derek left the show some time ago to persue his own show called ghosttowns that TRV channel showed like 3 episodes and dropped like a hot potato.

I do agree with you when it comes to derek -- when he was "possessed" he either turned into a violent, angry man or a scared, crying little boy. And all the adults were angry violent men and all the children just happened to be scared little boys.

and I just found this out -- he was asked to leave (by Yvette) when he was "possessed" by a person that never excisted (a fictional character)
It was a trap set up by Cirian, as it turns out.

The ones that I think have their heads on straight are...
Karl (Yvette's husband)
Ciaran
Stuart
Brian (the mediom and pschic artist)

former ones:
Richard Felix
Phil Whyman
David Wells (medium)
Johnnie Fiori (Lady medium that I saw on 1 show that had that annoying little twat Leslie on it -- I adored Johnnie)
