Is this show still running?
I thought they axed it...gee i bought series 1 to 10 on dvd and i haven't revisited since Derek got busted cheating on the show and Yvette is annoying with that dreadful scream
shareThe Sky TV channel that used to show Most Haunted axed it. But Antix Productions - the production company that makes Most Haunted (and is owned by Yvette Fielding and Karl Beattie) bought the naming rights back off Sky so that they could try and find another broadcaster for a new version of the show.
The TV channel "Really" (part of the UKTV group of channels) picked up Most Haunted and to date three series of the new look Most Haunted have been broadcast on Really plus one new Most Haunted Live event at Halloween 2015.
Confusingly, as Sky still own the rights to broadcast the 'old' Most Haunted episodes they are shown on the Sky-owned channel Pick.
The new version of Most Haunted does not feature any psychics. They have brought in an EVP specialist and Fred Batt (who appeared as the owner of a house and nightclub that the team visited in the original series) regularly appears as a "Demonologist & Historian" and sometimes performs "incantations" and even a spot of voodoo now and then!
They still get various female crew members (especially make-up ladies) screaming at the slightest noise.

Yes i remember the old eps with Fred Batt first on the show. Wow hes a demoloigist now? (I bet he had seen a few demons in his nite club lol)
shareWe discovered this show back in the mid 2000s and it was awesome! We all went mad over it and it also fueled a "paranormal boomtime" in Australia. The dvd sales did well until the Derek A got busted and sales went cold (the dvd company didn't release any more seasons and the ghost tour boom faded as well).
I was also barred from using the official MOST HAUNTED chat room, what was crime? I wrote "MOST HAUNTED should do a tour in Australia and i will cook a bbq
on for ya all" and that was it really.
