Anyone interested in this type of show, tune in to Ghost Hunters (shown on Living TV in the UK). Much more believable - things don't always happen and they have had some great evidence too. And who can not like the two plumbers!

GH is absolute CRAP compared to MH, MTV-type superficial garbage with those two idiots Jason and Grant. They catch some cool EVPs but that's about it, MH catches orbs and apparitions.
shareFYI: Ghost Adventures captures more than all the above phenomena, in addition to history, interviews with property owners and caretakers, debunking rationale, and evidence analysis.
On average, mists/partial apparitions are caught once or twice per episode. The trio alone lock themselves in from dusk to dawn. Ghost Adventures Live was more interactive than Most Haunted Live and Ghost Hunters Live combined. The investigations always turn up some form of evidence and are more fruitful than those on any other ghost-hunting show I know of.
That's why I think its better than Most Haunted, which seems always lacking. The Ghost Hunters episodes that don't or barely catch anything aren't worth being nationally televised.
Ghost Adventures is fictional. They manipulate camera angles, sound and lighting to fool the viewers. Nothing they air is real. I compare it to the WWE of ghost shows. MH is phony but more professional. GH at least tries to be credible.

Wherever possible they give an alternative explanation as to what any phenomena is and ultimately leave it to the viewer to decide whether what they have seen is paranormal or not.
Even Karl, the one most likely to be interested in making good tv, has voice his scepticism about euji? boards, and I saw on their site was sceptical any way. They expose fraudulent mediums and sack people left right and centre from the show.
It was a memeber of the production team that was feeding Derek, and they found out. One of the erstwhile production staff would have spilt the beans had it been fake.
They are obviously making an entertainment programme and some of the hysterical screaming is exaggerated, but that's a very different thing to faking any phenomena they record. Most of which can and they do, can explain be away.
Only those with no valid argument pick holes in people's spelling and grammar.

Ghost hunters is faked, blatantly obviously at points, like pulling on lamp cords to make the lamp rock kinds of things. It's actually pretty SAD.
