Paris Location Question

I've been 7 times to Paris and know the city pretty well. Recently I read the new book "Paris Movie Walks" and sent my question via e-mail to author Michael Schuermann, but never received a reply.

The scene at 10:50 minutes looks like some restaurant on top of a building, but I don't think it's the department store Galéries Lafayette.

Could anybody tell me where this scene has been filmed (this is the place where Kristin Scott Thomas obviously works), please?

PS: Of course I read through the long list of movie locations on the imdb, however, the restaurant doesn't seem to be listed.

I don't have the answer but would like to take the opportunity provided by that scene to inquire about the relationship between Kristin Scott Thomas' character and Beck. Possibly, it's clearer in the book; in the film, the affinity between the characters is strange (at least to me).

She was his sister-in-law. The film does garble that somewhat.
