Dr Beck and his wife had been sweethearts since childhood. Am I the only one who found the age difference between them too big for that?
When I checked the actors' dates of birth, no wonder... he was 51 at the time the movie was shot, she was 36. What is the matter with the casting agents???

Not just you, I had an issue with their ages as well. If they were going to cast actors with a large age gap, they shouldn't look it like Peter and Claire in Heroes (they looked close in age yet she played his niece).

The age difference, per se, did not disturb me as I have nothing against that.
The problem was that they were supposed to be the same age! I mean, come on! Nobody can buy that when the actors are 15 years apart.
