omigosh!! i just saw a commercial and it said don't miss the series finale of the simple life!! so i guess it got cancelled!! :( :( that really sucks because all of my favorite shows are getting cancelled...first seventh heaven, then gilmore girls, now the simple life!!!:( :(

I saw that too. It said something like it has been a fun ride, but tune in for the series finale. I got all sad. How stupid? maybe Paris will stick to her word on Larry King Live and her and Nicole will do another season on a differnt channel!

LOL, you people are defending this hunk of crap like it's the greatest television show in the history of the world. Why do you think it was canceled in the first place? Because no one cares anymore. Everyone knows it's scripted, and most people are sick of the talentless Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. It won't be picked up by another network, so just give up all hope now.

About The Simple Life.... I totally agree with you. Thank Goodness that the FOX network finally got their acts together and got rid of this stupid reality show. And they got the nerve to say that this was the greatest show in the history of television? Like you,I wanna know what they been smoking,I mean really who in the hell watch this show? One,cause no one cares about seeing two morons who couldn't find a penny on the sidewalk let alone care for themselves. shareThe show wasn't canceled. It was reported by E! that Paris had decided not to continue with the show and wants to do other projects such as another CD. So that is why this will be the last season. Who wants this show to continue if there just going to script everything?? Season 4 was good but not as great as 1-3 and that was obvious because they weren't together. Season 5 was WAY WAY too scripted and fake. They tried too hard to be funny. If there happens to be another season, then they better figure out how to bring back the rawness it had back in the first 3 seasons.
