Bye-bye...good luck...best wishes!
I gotta say when I first heard about this show...I thought "Oh Jesus...you've gotta be kidding me!"
There was no way i'd waste a second of my precious time watching that crap!
Two stupid, rich bimbos, playing dumb...insulting us REAL people.
Get a life.
I mean, come on, how old are they?
Please!!!
BUT...one long night when I couldnt sleep, when given a choice between infomercials, the weather channel or The Simple Life, of course I choose the weather channel, but while it was on a commercial break I flipped it over to pass the time.
I realised after an hour, I had forgotten to change it back to see my local forecast...lol
I laughed my butt off that whole hour!!!
K, so the idea was lame and the crap they pulled was needless to say, at times cruel, but I had to admit that it WAS so funny!
I was hooked.
My husband who had felt the same as I had, couldn't believe I was watching it, reguardless of how funny I told him it is.
He'd literally leave the room to do something else until it was over.
Til one night while he was eating dinner and it came on. Now, he sat and watched it rather than get up leaving his dinner to get cold.
He was as suprised as I had been, he agreed with me that it was amusing.
I had to pick on him and say "see...I told you!"
Now, after Paris' jail stuff, I looked foward to the newest hijinks that were set to be made and was somewhat dissapointed when it was annouced...there will be no more...
BUT I am thrilled that they decided to grow up & to be more serious in their lives.
Not gonna be very funny to see them as 50 year olds still trying to play the dumb blonde act.
Everyones gotta grow up some time.
They did their thing, had their fun (a lot of it) made their mistakes and now seem to be moving on.
Funny how all it took was the "simple" things in life (i.e. jail & motherhood) to help them make that change.
They have the position and the means to make a REAL differance in the world.
I hope they do just that.
