Why Mickey Avalon was in the original on-air broadcast of the Bowden family episode in season four but not included in the DVD release? Don't know if it's been mentioned already but it's totally frustrated me because I told someone about it and then tried to find it and it wasn't there.

Alot of music in the broadcast version doesn't end up on the DVDs because 20th Centruy Fox would have to pay more licensing fees to distribute the track, and generally don't think it's worth it.
