In the early seasons they dressed like they were poor.
I watched seasons 1 and 2 and I didn't really like either of their appearances.
They really started to get better season 3&up.
Anyone agree or disagree?
They got stylists during season 3. They didn't dress poor, but without much "class" honestly.

They created their own styles and didn't care what anyone thought about them in the beginning. As time went by, I'm pretty sure the two of them got sick of everyone calling them "whores" and such and tried to glam up their image a little bit. You can really see their style get "classier" with each season.
sharei actually like the outfits better in season 2. . . season 2 is my favorite it started getting too cheesy after that.

shareWell in the opening when they are doing their last minute shopping it shows that both Paris and Nicole bought heaps of expensive clothes and shoes. Actually you can see Nicole wearing one of pair of shoes when she is exiting the plane and also when she is being interviewed at the livestock auction house.
I think they didn't glam up in season one as they relieased they were on a farm and that is why they didn't wear their expensive clothes, Have you been on a farm? Trust me I have a boyfriend that lives on a farm and I don't wear my good clothes as I sometimes go out and help with feeding the animals.
When they are in the second season they were travelling. So they were obviously wearing clothes that were comfortable to wear.
joisepeterson is right, if you see in season one and know labels you see most of it may look trashy but its actually very expensive labels like dior, gucci, juicy coutour etc
