I havent really watched simple life as a whole, but caught a few episodes here and there.

do you not find yourself lookin at both nicole richie and paris hilton as absolute imbosiles??

you would think that they would do a show to prove to the public that they are not the rich, illiterate, bimbos, spoiled bratish, idiots that we all think they are..........

and what do we get, a series of programmes that show them as inconsiderate, really stupid and totally unaware of the real world people.....

well done nicole and paris........you have proved exactly what the public thought.......how proud are you??

I completly agree.

I happened to see an episode today where they were in charge of children at a school and because their school bus didn't come they stopped a strangers car, loaded the children into it and told them to drive the children to a pizza parlor.

I know people have said the show has writers and it isn't all their ideas, but why would anyone want themselves to be percieved as that thick?

Because if they came off as regular people nobody would watch and they wouldn't have gotten paid for five seasons.

What I find odd is that Paris comes off as an incredibly boring person. Nicole can be rude but at least she seems to be the fun interesting person.

i know that people watch because its entertaining, but celebs like these always talk about how theyre not spoiled rich kids and they do have personalities, but then to go on and do a show like this, its kinda pointless in my opinion.

its like on the last episode, paris's speech is all like "we know u didnt think we couls do it, and we did"

what did they do? they havent proved a point about anything, they jus made themselves look ridiculous and un likeable people.

I'd never seen the show when it was on the air but recently downloaded a few episodes to check it out after I had seen a documentary about Paris Hilton. It was like watching a live action female version of Beavis and Butthead. They were complete *beep* in every episode. It got old fast.
