reboot with new characters wouldn't work.

Most people go to see scary movies for the 2 main characters, cindy and brenda. And I think its fun to watch them in they're new "adventures". Every other spoof movie has tryed to live up to scary movie series and having new characters will make it seem like its a trying to be "scary movie".
If they plan to release it in 2010-2011 they should have it pariody scream 4 cuz it would fit perfectly cuz scary movie one was released same year and scream 3.

My storyline:
It could be about cindy and brenda go to a high school renuoin(probs like zack and miri make a porno) and cindy could have a premoniton (like final destination) that a whole bunch of murders are going to happen again by ghostface killer (scream) it could be the perfect closing chapter, could bring back wayans bros.

I think it could work. But having cindy and brenda not return wouldn't.

Oh no.. This is going to suck... I hope they don't reboot the series..

exactly right blueandy.
Cindy and Brenda are pretty much the only reason people watch these. Seeing as how spoof movies havent been very successful since Scary Movie 4 restarting just doesnt seem like a smart idea at all.
