I still don't understand why Trevor was so skinny..

I know he was an insomniac, but that wouldn't translate into being stick thin, just tired looking.

Because of what he did, he also can't bring himself to eat, it's unrelated to the insomnia: He isn't limited to suffering in one way.

They didn't really delve into the whole not eating thing. In fact, i'm sure theres a couple of scenes where he eats chicken wings??

And what he did was tragic but it was an accident, right?

I'd say it was that the guilt from the hit and run caused a marathon insomnia. That would bring about clinical depression which, in many cases, cause people to lose a great deal of weight.

I had a bout of serious depression back in early '11 and I must have dropped about 20 pounds. It wasn't healthy, though, and I remember my own mother saying I looked "old". I'm fine now, though, ha ha.
