About the Flashbacks

Reading over the posts here, several people have complained about all Terri's flashbacks. Some of you were annoyed by how they broke up and interfered with the story.

I was disabled in an accident years back, and folks, that's exactly how flashbacks work. The way something random would trigger a flashback and it would abruptly overwhelm her is what we really go through.

They're really frequent at first, hitting you several times a day. After a year, mine were down to once every couple of days. It's been eight years now, and I still get one or two every month.

I like Hilary Duff fine. Granted she's no super-actress,but I felt she handled this role well. She made me laugh; she made me cry. In a minor movie like this, what more could I ask? :)

I'm not particularly qualified to discuss the music. I enjoyed it, but it reminded me of watching American Idol contestants.

I watched my sister get hit by a car when we were 12. We are now about be to 21 and I still see the accident every single night before I go to bed. She used to have flashbacks and meltdowns when she would hear glass break because of her head going through a windshield. This things are real, and they DO interupt daily life.
Thanks for posting this awareness.
