I just got my copy of the official R1 release in the mail today. The back of the case says that it is japanese w/ english subtitles, but when I opened it the disc inside is labeled as french w/ english subtitles. When I played it, it ended up being japanese w/ english subtitles. So, I just thought it was weird that the disc says it is in french. Anyone else run across this?

Was it in PAL or NTSC? If it were the latter then it could be a French-Canadian release.

shareI've got the Tartan one (Region 2) and it's a two-disc job with a whole lot of extras, but it doesn't seem to include any deleted scenes, which I know exist on some editions. Unless they are hiding in some way - can anyone help with this?
shareI bought the movie at Best Buy and I live in Texas and on the case it says Japanese with english subtitles and on the disc it says French with english subtitles and about your question heatherowen can't help you out with that I only got the single disc version.
