This Movie Is Racist

That's right. I said it. This movie is racist. And no, not to whites (though it is). Or blacks (though it is). But Native Americans.

In the film, Cedric The Entertainer takes a Native American head-dress, puts it on, and starts whooping around the place like an extra from 1940's western. So anyone who says this movie isn't racist is wrong.

Ha. You got served.

Whatever.Add that to the millions of times blacks have been enslaved, ridiculed, depicted and lynched. So I guess it's ok for them to be poked fun of and not retaliate?Get a clue.Blacks deserve to have some fun.Grow up.

I am a native American myself, gwend. I never enslaved or ridiculed a black person. So, gwend, You accuse me of doing so?

reply

why? So your logic is Native Americans don't put head dresses on and whoop around the place? You've talked to every Native American in America and they've all told you this?

email me at hotmail if you disagree but if I don't like you, i'll probably delete your email.

I do agree that scene was offensive to Native Americans, but if you are going to label that scene the correct term is stereotyping, not racist. A racist is someone who views another race as inferior simply because the color of their skin.

typical. A black person makes some kind of racial joke and it's all hunky dory a white makes the exact same joke and he's a member of the KKK.

Sigh.

Typical anti-white,jesse jackson/Malcom X loving bigotted black racist view--that blacks are gods and never do ANYTHING wrong.
