This was the worst movie of the summer. It was a waste of 90 minutes of my life. I laughed at one part, and that was when the cook at the restaurant took the spatula into the bathroom with him. That part saved this movie from being completely worthless. It wasn't funny, very low budget, had terrible acting, Bow Wow and Solange were acting sooo ghetto!!! Steve Harvey was not funny. That "Jamaican" car salesman had the worst accent I've ever seen and was very annoying as were all of the Johnson kids and just about everyone in this movie. Like the part when they were in the restaurant and all of a sudden they show the little girl and she says in a really cryingly whiny voice "I want to go to Chucke Cheese!" That was so corny. Like something similar has never been done in hundreds of movies in the past 20 years. You get my point. The movie was awful.

I'm glad that I didn't make the choice of renting this film, but another member of my family did instead.

I could not live this mistake otherwise.

Any film that features Cedric the "Entertainer" is terrible except for Madagascar and Ice Age, they were ok. I watched this film with a friend of mine. He bought it because he seen a trailer for it and he thought it looked funny...we were wrong. It happened to be less funny than it appeared to be. All films that feature Cedric should carry a label stating: WARNING: CONTAINS CRAPPY COMEDIAN.

I also agree that this movie was terrible. And although I liked
Cedric The Entertainer in both of the "Barbershop" movies I
could not stand his character in this one! And his acting was
for lack of a better script just so awful. Bad script, lousy
plot, toilet humor, and with the exception of Vanessa Williams's
mom character nobody who was interesting or likeable. A very
poor ripoff of the National Lampoon Vacation movies!

agreed. i too laughed at one thing. fortunately i fell asleep with a half hour left.

Nothing against being a priest, but I don't think it's for me.

My niece put it on and I have not even put on a smile yet. She seems to be enjoying it but for an adult there is nothing really original about the story and the gags seemed to be made to be more for shock value (the cop getting splattered in the face with a cup filled with urine) than actual out right laughter. Not very good...

I'm just a guy that likes horror flicks.
