I thought this movie is ok but was anyone dissapointed by the final sword fight between Seagal and Kuroda? I mean you watch the fight between the General and him in belly of the beast or even the "sword" fight with him in exit wounds was pretty good. Was anyone else dissapointed or was it just me.
Yes, it was too fast. That part of it anyway. There were so may facets to that whole scene...
Against the guy with the cowboy hat: "I shall beat you to death!" Then, CLANG CLANG CLANG CLANG CLANG!! on his head, dead. "See you in hell." I LOL'd for real!!
But the young woman who showed up to help, her swordplay was excellent, and I especially loved the camera shot from above as she kicked one guy in the chest and ran another though at the same time.
Seagal should stick to breaking bones. In fact, I think I just came up with a movie idea for him. Holy hell. Could a nobody in Hollywood get paid? Even for a DTV for Seagal??
I thought he had bad coordination with the sword, yes. But it's only a movie, and Seagal's really a martial arts actor rather than a fighter. So I don't set the bar that high.
