Being an employee of target, i found it quite refreshing and right on that huckabees was taking a shot at target. i realize that target does some great things, but there are days when im absolutely sick having to look at target posters or promotions while im at work, then when i get home, it seems like everywhere i look, whether magazine, tv, billboards, target is trying to keep the best image possible by being a part of everything possible.

I guess Huckabees does sound a little like Dayton-Hudson (Target's former parent).
I noticed the similarity immediately. When they were shooting the promos I was thinking about Target all through the movie. Similar style etc.

Heh, yeah, I saw that resemblance too. I'm not sure if it is supposed to necessarily be Target per se, but any sort of "EVERYTHING STORE" (WalMart, Target, Sam's Choice, CostCo)
