why people don't like this movie
1) Most people are simply not interested in philosophy.
2) The people who do like philosophy, the so-called intellectuals here, consider "I Heart Huckabees" to be dumbed down philosophy aimed at the masses.
In my experiences, philosophers tend to be arrogant and think they know much more and are far more enlightened and insightful than everyone else.
