How did the host of the party in this movie get all of the kids drugged up bodies outside without anybody seeing it?

Nothing anyone says about a book, movie, etc., for or against, beats experiencing it for yourself.
Maybe I interpreted this the wrong way, but I was under the impression that there weren't actually any other people there. The kids were all drugged and buried, and the power of suggestion made them fantasize the whole thing.
I'm really not sure.
All I really know is that this whole movie was a mess.

Well they weren't drugged until after they arrived at the party and went into the other room with Lance, so i'm guessing there was a party going on.
sharedidn't the cop say something like they've been looking for them for a couple of days? So there could have been a party but they were drugged and hidden until after then buried...at least that's what I gathered.

It doens't work anyway. When he explains when they were drugged it flashes back to show only TWO drugged in the room, one drugged in the basement then the last by the fake box. Of cours,e the last perosn drugged by the box interacts and never notices the firts collapse? he walks round the party, talks with the others (in relaity supposedly drugged) and one even dies before e's drugged. Doens't work at all.

The movie was supposed to be like that. It was a psychological thriller/horror so you don't really know what to expect and when you do "sorta" understand, they flip it all around again.
This is how the kids had got drugged: two of the kids drank the alcohol The Host gave them when they first met, the other girl sprayed that stuff in her face, he stabbed one girl with the nail, and got the dude with the fake box.
The Host was able to take advantage of the kids while they were drugged and they had fantasized that there was an actual party going on, when there really wasn't. I'm also guessing that since they were psychologically unable to distinguish what was really happening to them, they weren't really sure how long they were there because the Host had that much of a spell over them.

I get the point but the drugging scene as you wrote makes NO sense. By the time he's drugged by the box someones died! Put it this way, he stabs her with the pin... in front of the Box guy. Box Guy should see that and see her collapse, as wellas the other two, cause he's not drugged yet. Ye he interacts with them still AFTER they're drugged... and one girl is KILLED. They're meant to be out cold, in the ground dying whislt he's still wandering round the hosue, undrugged, talking to them...
