I have a question about the car scene at the end
How did the host's ghost appear to the two peopole in the car at the end if pinhead killed him and dragged his spirit down into hell to be tormented right before that?
shareThe only way would be if the kids at the end were still in Hell World, but nothing in the end implies they are, so we must assume it was just a stupid gimmick thrown in at the end.

While a supernatural explanation would be cooler, the actual explanation is probably that a combination of the drugs he had given them, being buried alive, and almost dying of dehydration was probably still playing with their mind.
