who was that guy in the squirrel suit? or was it kangaroo?

Who was the guy in the animal suit? He was rolling the dice to decide what to do. I know i've seen him in many tv series, but now i'm thinking my brains out and I still can't figure out his name. So please help me. I just can't stop thinking who he is....it's just bothering me for no particular reason...who was that guy..........

He is in the flash ads not the Daz ones

He's called Karl Howman and he used to be in a sitcom in the eighties called Brush Strokes.
